Challenges and Responsibilities of Education Institutions

Today, the Education institutions which are related to the management are facing the challenge of generating global managers who are in demand in the industry. Education institutions have to rise to meet the challenges of creating global opportunities for the Nepalese Managers. Education institutions in Nepal need to appraise their capability not only in terms of colossal and attractive infrastructures but also providing the best management education in terms of quality of curriculum, quality of instruction, pedagogy and quality of educational technology – a comprehensive reformation of all.

Motive and Policies of Management Education

The main motive of management education today is to develop the intellectual abilities of the students, fostering them to align themselves with industry requirements. The policies of Education institutions have to focus more on creativity, innovation, quality, competitiveness, accountability and flexibility. Education institutions should facilitate networking; encourage active involvement in research journals and other publications & maintaining active alumni networks.
